Paul Starkey
Creative Director / Partner

After graduating from Salisbury University with a B.A. in Graphic Design with an emphasis in photography, Paul Starkey worked vigorously to become Art Director of the Ocean City Today. Gaining nine years of hands on experience in design and publishing, he was then hired as Creative Director for a hotel marketing and management company. INNteractive Marketing began publishing a full-color glossy magazine to replace the current style of hotel directories in hotels and incorporated Paul's unique talent for clean website design, search engine advertising and email marketing. Paul left INNteractive Marketing to pursue a more challenging position with the Carl M. Freeman Company as the real estate divisions Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist. Due to the unpredictable nature of the real estate industry, Paul decided it was time to start his own design studio. Hence Sprout Creatives, the parent company of Website Cafe, was born in February 2007.

Vincent Gisriel
Marketing Director / Partner

Vincent Gisriel attended Frostburg State University where he studied marketing and English literature. Whether it's making ice cream, tending bar, or managing a four star restaurant, he brings over twenty years of restaurant experience to the table. Vincent has worked as an Account Executive for an ABC affiliate and freelanced for the CBS News Bureau in Washington D.C. He now resides in Santa Monica, California.
